We all spend a great deal of time on our feet so it makes sense that we invest time in caring for our feet. You have to make them look and feel great because if you don’t, they become dry and unattractive. ...Feet have to be moisturized daily with an intensive product after bathing which involves firmly massaging the feet. Use a foot buffer on dry feet once or twice a week. If you excessively do this, it will cause the skin to dry out. Follow the next 3 steps to pamper your feet:-

1. Soak your feet for 5-15 minutes in warm water. Place a handful of Epsom Salts and bath salts in the water to soothe your feet.

2. Dry the feet and apply your favourite product to massage into your feet. I apply my own Citrus Delight Whipped Body Butter which softens, hydrates and moisturizes.

3. Using your thumbs, massage the product into the bottom of the foot in circular movements.

If you follow this regime, you will reap the benefits and have gorgeous looking feet.
